Before sending a notice
MP3Juice provides an interface to third-party services and does not claim ownership of media identified in search results. If you believe your copyrighted work is being made available unlawfully through the service, send a complete notice to the address below.
What your notice must include
A valid notice should be specific enough for us to investigate.
- Your full name and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL or enough information to locate the material.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter notices and repeat misuse
If affected material was identified by mistake, you may send a legally valid counter notice. We may share notices with relevant service providers and maintain a policy for repeat infringers or repeat misuse. Seek qualified legal advice if you are unsure of your rights.
